The key to building a successful business is showcasing your positive client feedback. The best way to do this is by reserving a section of your website for customers to leave reviews about the service they received.

You can either add an area for your customers to leave reviews by adding a plugin that allows them to post directly to your website. Or, you can add a plugin from a third party site, like Yelp. As long as you have an area for reviews, how you do it, doesn’t matter.

2. Incorporate social media

For many businesses, much of their success stems from social media. Being able to share your business’s site online with thousands of people is a fantastic way to get your brand out there. For businesses, one of the best benefits of social media is being able to to connect with various consumer groups.

The best way to incorporate social media into your business website is by adding ‘share’ buttons to each page. This allows people to easily share any content or deals on your site, via their favorite social media sites.

3. Make it interactive

Consumers expect a well-designed, professional website when they click on your website link. They don’t just expect to see a load of text on a page, they expect your website to be an interactive space.

Ideally, your business’s website should include videos, images, and responsive design features. Your website should be an appealing space that consumers find interesting and easy to navigate.

4. Include an online store

Any business that sells products should have an online store linked to their website. While it’s important also to have a static shop, for clients who are unable to get to the store, having an online shop can be helpful.

While you can use third party sites like Amazon to sell your products, it’s much easier to add an eCommerce store to your website. You can do this by using sites such as PayPal to process the payments for orders, or you can have a specialist site developed.
